France: Colissimo standard delivery 5.95 euros. Free shipping from 400 euros with Colissimo. Return costs are free of charge.

Europe (EU Zone): Shipping costs are at charge of the customer. Return costs for the following countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Sweden , Denmark, Luxembourg) are offered. All you have to do is contact our customer service contact@wolffpoint.com.

 

Outside of these countries, the customer is in charge of the return costs.

 

International (Australia & Japan included): Shipping costs with Colissimo are at charge of the customer for approximately €25 depending on the delivery areas.

 

In France :

Colissimo: 72 hours, dispatch from Monday to Saturday.

In Europe :

Colissimo: 5 to 8 working days after the shipment of your order.

Outside the EU zone:

Colissimo: 14 to 21 working days after the shipment of your order. However, delivery may vary depending on the transit time depending on local posts. We decline any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier.

We send you an email as soon as your package has been dispatched with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT DELIVERY?

If you are not at home, a form is left in your mailbox. This form indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You must go to the post office there indicated with the form and your ID card.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ... WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Tracked Colissimo is delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated in your order summary.

In case of absence, the shipping company will leave you a card indicating the procedure for picking up your package. The time to collect your package is generally 15 days.
